I just wanted to say what a fantastic and extraordinary experience it has been working with you. You can't believe the frustrations I went through for months before I met you to get the right pattern, texture and color of fabric and customizing draperies the way I dreamed about. You are incredible!
I waited all my life to build a beautiful home and when I finally finished it I thought the easy part was to put the finishing touches on the inside. It turned out this part was the most frustrating. I'm serious when I say this because before you came along, there wasn't anyone in St. Louis that could really do what I wanted . I had the worse experience with designers who just wanted to make their fee and impose their taste in my rooms. They never listened or even took the time to really know what my vision was. If it wasn't the designers it was all the other mediocre stores in the area. I bet I visited every fabric shop and drapery store in town and all I could do is go home and think to myself, why is the service so bad and selections so poor. Why doesn't St. Louis have someone who can do what I want. It was absolutely crazy.
I can remember that one Sunday afternoon when you came out and spent all day putting up draperies in our 30 foot atrium window. I couldn't believe you stayed until the job was done. No one else would have spent the time going over my sketches, getting to know what I really liked and the color scheme that I wanted and always saying that it can be done exactly the way I wanted it. You are a breath of fresh air and I never felt happier. Even my husband was thoroughly impressed.
Kathy and Emil, thanks for everything that you have done. I have plenty of rooms to keep you busy and I can't wait until the draperies are finished for our dining room. Everyone who visits is always asking where on earth did you get those draperies. I love showing them around and they can't believe that there is anyone who can do what you do.
